See how Paperbox can transform your operations in 30 Minutes

‍Paperbox is built to handle all types of claims and policy intake documents. From emails and PDFs to complex multi-page files with tables, attachments, and supporting photos.

‍‍Powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), our Intelligent Document Processing engine understands documents the way a human would, but at a fraction of the time and cost. This means it doesn't rely on rigid templates or fixed fields, instead it intelligently reads context, extracts the right data, and adapts to new document formats automatically.

Paperbox is designed to slot into your current tech stack without disruption. We have native integrations with leading insurance platforms including Guidewire, Salesforce, and more.

Our API makes it straightforward for your technical team to connect Paperbox to virtually any insurance management system, allowing data to flow automatically between platforms in real time.

During onboarding, our team maps your exact workflows and configures the integration to match. So your team keeps working the way they know, just without the manual admin.

Security and compliance are built into every layer of Paperbox. We are ISO 27001 certified, SOC2 Type II certified, and fully compliant with GDPR, FSMA, and DORA.‍

‍We offer role-based access control, Single Sign On (SSO), full audit trails, and a proprietary data anonymisation engine that automatically erases all PII in a non-retraceable manner. Your data is always safe with us.‍

Both. While Push (Smart Mailroom) handles all your inbound claim and document submissions, it also takes over repetitive outbound tasks through Workflow Automation.‍

‍That means automatically requesting missing information from customers (like photos or address details), sending status updates to clients and brokers, and following up when there's no reply.‍All without your team lifting a finger.
