Insurance historically is a manual labor-intensive, admin-heavy industry. A lot of manual work goes into reading incoming requests, processing emails and attachments from central mailboxes, forwarding to colleagues, scheduling and prioritizing tasks and archiving information in insurance back-office systems.

Our solution reduces friction and brings structure to the biggest bottleneck of insurance operations: the Mailroom.

Role 👀

We are looking for a motivated Software Engineer to join our product & engineering team.

We have a challenging roadmap ahead of us we need someone to help build out our platform's core, craft new features, and integrate new systems.

On any given day, you could be

• working on a new module to automatically generate e-mail replies with LLMs
• brainstorming with customer success on how we can automate all their configuration work
• diving into the core of our platform to optimize the latency of a single microservice

You're an ideal candidate if

• you are a pragmatic programmer with experience in Python who understand best practices in software engineering
• overcoming complexity is what drives you. You know how to communicate complex ideas in a simple way
• you want to join an ambitious startup with product-market fit, 1 million in ARR, and all the challenges that come with that

The last years we have been bootstrapping and building the foundations of our GTM machine. With over 20 customers in insurance, we have nailed down our ideal customer and value proposition. We are looking for someone to put oil on that fire and help us scale!
