Insurance historically is a manual labor-intensive, admin-heavy industry. A lot of manual labour goes into reading incoming requests, processing emails and attachments from central mailboxes, forwarding to colleagues, scheduling and prioritizing tasks and archiving information into insurance back-office systems.
Our solution reduces the friction and brings structure to the biggest bottleneck of insurance operations: the Mailroom.

Role 👀
As an Account Executive at Paperbox.ai, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and achieving revenue growth targets. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting, lead generation, and managing the sales process from start to finish. This is a full-time hybrid role located in Ghent with flexibility for remote work.

The last years we have been bootstrapping and building the foundations of our GTM machine. With over 20 customers in insurance, we have nailed down our ICP and value proposition. We are looking for someone to put oil on that fire and help us scale!

You are responsible to 📆
- Research the market and identify opportunities
- Curate prospect lists
- Approach new companies and book meetings, ,through different angles and stakeholders
- Lead discovery meetings: Identify and quantify pain, qualify according to MEDDPICC
- Project scoping with support from our delivery team and shape success criteria
- Build a business case
- Control the decision-making, IT and compliance and procurement process
- Deal closing
- Plan onboarding with internal and external stakeholders
You are a great fit if you have 👇
- Sales experience in B2B SaaS (>3 years)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal (Dutch and English)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Desire to learn fast and make impact
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry (bonus points)
